In plain words
Where eurinvoice runs and what it keeps. Today that is one sandbox in Frankfurt, for sample data only. Production is not deployed yet.
In the sandbox
In the sandboxsandbox- Hosted on AWS in the eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt).
- TLS ends on our own server, so traffic is encrypted all the way in.
- The database is encrypted at rest and keeps point-in-time recovery for 7 days.
- Backups are stored in the EU.
- Sample data only. Do not send real invoices.
What we do with invoices
We process invoices for the client. We do not archive them for the client, so keep your own originals.
Production
PlannedproductionProduction is not deployed and its host is not chosen. This page will say where it runs once it exists. A data processing agreement is available on request, and we sign one with each client before any real invoice is processed.
When a contract ends
We get written confirmation that the client holds its own originals, then lock the account, export its data and delete it.
