Entries are grouped as new and improved, fixes, and regulatory updates. Each gives the date in the sandbox. Production has no dates yet, because it is not deployed.

New and improved

• The API reference is built from contract 0.19.3 and lists 25 operations. It had 9.
• Webhooks, care, rail credentials, keys and the list of invoices are documented.
• The keyless GET /health answer holds only status; the route states moved behind the key.

Fixes

• The webhook verification code now accepts the two signatures sent for 24 hours after a secret rotation. The earlier code refused every delivery in that window.
• KSeF certificate login is not supported yet. An earlier page said it worked.

• The sandbox runs on AWS in Frankfurt, at https://api-sandbox-eu.eurinvoice.com, on sample data. See sandbox access.

New and improved

• A read-only operator key for metrics, alerts, the audit log and a client's monthly report (0.19.0).
• deadline_at on invoice and care reads, for Romania and Poland (0.19.1).
• An XML file or a file-drop file carries its issue date into the legal clock, so deadline_at also appears for those invoices (0.19.2).
